ResponsibilitiesAs a physiotherapist with Proactive Rehab, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality treatment, rehabilitation, and education to clients with acute and musculoskeletal injuries.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participating in the development of new services and initiatives to enhance client care and outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress and outcomes.
- Contributing to the growth and success of our organization through ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong foundation in acute and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in the field.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client care and outcomes.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $107,000pa.
- Additional annual leave, increasing yearly towards 5 weeks after 5 years' service.
- Full cost of your APC paid for by Proactive.
