Regular professional development opportunities are provided and supported.These positions are a great opportunity to try something new, and are often an opportunity to step into something more permanent.In this role, you will be responsible for:Undertaking expert assessments, completing appropriate interventions and providing advice or referring to other services.Helping supervise students and providing mentorship to junior colleagues as your experience level progresses.Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.About YouWe are looking for Physiotherapists who can hit the ground running with a passion to deliver high quality standard of care to patients on the Christchurch Campus.
You will be working across all inpatient areas as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing across disciplines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA broad range of experience across the tertiary care environmentCompetency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthThe ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the multidisciplinary teamNew Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with Current Annual Practicing Certificate is essentialWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellnesses.'
