**Job Overview:**

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Projects and Shutdown Coordinator to support our offshore operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, coordination, and execution, with a strong understanding of oil & gas production principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project execution plans, communication strategies, and shutdown plans to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure effective design reviews, documentation, and tracking of project scope, schedule, estimates, and vendor mobilization.
  • Collaborate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve critical interfaces and issues.
  • Analyze project expenses, assess accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Engineer in the offshore oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Degree in Engineering or time-served equivalent in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management Principles and sound understanding of oil & gas production principles.
