Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Asset Manager to join our team at Paragon Recruitment Ltd. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading our asset management initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and providing effective leadership to the team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage the annual Asset Management Plan (AMP) to ensure alignment with the company's strategy.
- Lead asset replacement and renewal projects, focusing on quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic asset management and investment plans.
- Manage assets using risk and condition-based modelling and fleet plans to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
