**Job Description**

The Principal Advisor, Asset Management will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management frameworks, artefacts, and practice more widely across Police to support frontline service delivery.

You will be working within the Investment Management, Planning and Delivery directorate to develop and embed asset management templates, processes, and tools.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to lead and facilitate the asset management approach across Police.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the asset management approach across Police including aligning and integrating with planning, investment, and finance frameworks.
  • Contribute to, and deliver key elements of the asset management work programme and priorities.
  • Development of asset management templates, processes, and tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Applying asset management practice across different asset types in large, complex organizations.
  • Developing and implementing asset management processes and practice, ideally across multiple teams or organisation-wide.
  • Ensuring asset management data and asset performance metrics are in place and support effective decision making.
