About the Position

This Clinical Case Manager position is a key part of our multidisciplinary team at Te Whatu Ora - Southern. As a case manager, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive services to consumers and their families.

You will need to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with patients and their families/whanau. You will also need to be able to work autonomously as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
