You will be part of a group of like-minded individuals striving to build the best Rocket. Imagine yourself working on rapid changes, solving complex problems, and thriving in a high-reward environment. Your expertise will ensure every aspect of harness assembly, including testing, troubleshooting, and rework, is done to a high standard.

As an Avionics Production Specialist, you will have the opportunity to manufacture components to a high workmanship standard, including some soldering and wire harnessing. You'll also be able to operate mechanical, electrical, and automated test equipment, ensuring every connection is flawless and mission ready.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualification in a relevant industry or 4+ years of relevant industry experience. They'll have precision mechanical and electrical assembly experience, as well as a working understanding of standard industry ESD policy.
