About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Programme on a fixed-term basis. This role involves managing the PPP procurement process, developing and monitoring workstream plans, and identifying risks or issues that could impact successful delivery.

You will work closely with the Programme Management Office to contribute to key documentation development and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the procurement process from plan development to tender logistics
  • Leading the PPP workstream and ensuring the development of workstream plans
  • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact project delivery

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in infrastructure/construction procurement, leading teams, and working within complex programmes of work. Sound knowledge of best practice project management and processes is essential.
