The Clinical Support Professional will perform a variety of duties in various ambulatory settings, including primary, multi-specialty, and specialty practices. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in both clinical and administrative areas, including assisting providers with patient care and handling clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities will include maintaining working knowledge of regulatory standards and being accountable to sustain these standards in daily operations. The Clinical Support Professional will also provide information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinical services provided.
In addition, the successful candidate will have electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience. Epic experience is preferred, and excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills is also required.
