We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Medical Office Coordinator in Auckland. This is a temporary assignment for 6 months with the potential to extend longer term.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service, including dealing with enquiries and answering phones
- Managing referrals and scheduling/rescheduling appointments accordingly
- Sending out all relevant appointment information to patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation at all times
About You
- 2 years solid administration experience, with healthcare administration being a significant advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Able to manage and adapt to changes in processes and systems
- Highly organised and works well in a busy, pressurised work environment
- Intermediate level MS Office skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook
