As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions
- Leading recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
- Providing expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Utilizing CRM software to track and report project progress, staying on top of performance metrics and insights
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
Successful candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, with a focus on client development and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and LinkedIn Recruiter
