We are looking for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the timely and efficient transfer of information within Waitemata District Health Board, as well as providing an efficient and high-quality payroll service to employees.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in payroll, with a sound understanding of current legislation relating to payroll, including but not limited to Holidays Act 2003, Wages Protection Act, Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act, and Kiwisaver.
We are seeking someone who can interpret and apply collective and individual agreements in relation to payroll entitlements. High level of computer skills, especially Excel and Word, is also required. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships within the team and wider business is essential.
