Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses in the delivery of high-quality oncology care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient outcomes, prioritizing equity and access to care for Maori patients.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cancer care services, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in oncology nursing, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Postgraduate qualifications in NP or prescribing pathways, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
