Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Editorial Manager to lead our content team at Cozymeal, Inc. The successful applicant will have experience in culinary and lifestyle content creation, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

The key responsibilities of this role include developing and executing the company's content strategy, creating and maintaining an editorial calendar, and overseeing the creation and publication of high-quality content across various platforms. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for mentoring junior members of the content team and ensuring that all content meets our company's standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Develop and execute the company's content strategy, including annual content planning and goal setting
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring timely and efficient execution of content deliverables
  • Establish and enforce publication standards, including goals and expectations for the content team
  • SOURCE AND CURATE VISUAL CONTENT FOR THE COMPANY'S IMAGE GALLERY AND DIGITAL PLATFORMS
  • Mentor junior content editors and other team members on digital content best practices
