About the Team/Service
We are a 24-hour service providing specialist assessment, treatment and diagnosis to people experiencing acute mental illness or behavioural difficulties associated with dementia.
The role involves working closely with our Consultant Psychiatrist and Nurse Specialist to deliver high quality patient care.
About You
- You will be a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual with strong administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to adapt to fast-changing situations and enjoy a challenge.
- Takes ownership and acts decisively to solve problems.
- A self-motivated team player who values accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clinicians and patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
