The Role

The Senior Director, Project Delivery APAC will lead project delivery and clinical operations across the Asia-Pacific region.Ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials requires effective resource allocation, strong team leadership, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Team Leadership: Build high-performing teams, recruit talent, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Project Oversight: Implement clinical studies with high quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, focusing on profitability and efficiency.
  • Custoemr Engagement: Foster relationships with sponsors, hospitals, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

About You

We seek an experienced leader with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in clinical research.
  • Proven leadership experience (8+ years) managing teams in clinical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead multi-phase clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
