Job Description

We're seeking a friendly Customer Service Ambassador who excels in delivering quality customer service and prioritizes customers' needs. With an eye for detail and a strong work ethic, you'll be a team player, able to collaborate with colleagues and take the initiative to tackle tasks proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers during the busy morning rush hour period
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional environment
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to get to and from Papakura station
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
