Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for working as a Lifeline Counsellor, providing emotional support and guidance to callers across our helplines and text message line. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.

Skills and Qualifications
  • A Social Services related degree (Counselling or Social Work)
  • Experience providing counselling support
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passionate about supporting people during difficult times
  • Can work 32 hours a week
