About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a team of support workers to evaluate, train, and improve their care practices. You will also collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams to ensure high-quality client care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate support workers' care practices and provide guidance on improving skills and compliance with policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance worker competencies.
  • Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams to ensure high-quality client care.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Full or restricted New Zealand driver's license.
