Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advice on health sector workforce regulation, education, and training.
  • Lead monitoring efforts, assess risks, and provide high-quality insights that drive improvements across the health workforce regulatory and education landscape.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce strategies and provide assurance on regulatory authority performance.

Requirements:

  • Expert understanding of key challenges in workforce regulation, training, education, risks, and issues within the health sector.
  • Significant experience in providing advice to Ministers and driving work programmes to ensure delivery of work is to the expected quality.
  • Strong experience in influencing people, leading work programmes, change management, and facilitation, coaching, and mentoring staff.
