Job Description
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join the IT team at Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing top-notch technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Proven ability to configure and optimize network settings, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
  • Experience in managing Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and authentication security.
  • Skill in deploying and managing OS images with Windows Deployment Services, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical information into everyday language.
