About the Role

The Programs Lead will be responsible for managing the Programs Portfolio, including underwriting and operations of schemes and facilities. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing DUA relationships and underwriting referrals from AIG's Managing General Agent/s.
  • Reviewing and updating policies issued by MGAs.
  • Developing and executing strategies for the team's products to ensure targets are met through sustainable portfolio underwriting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk analysis, portfolio analytics, and pricing. Experience in Financial Institutions is a plus. The ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
