Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain SHE management systems to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership on all SHE matters, and lead efforts to continuously improve safety performance.
  • Mentor and guide SHE Business Partners, ensuring they can effectively execute SHE responsibilities in alignment with Rentokil Initial's systems.
  • Drive engagement and create a culture of service, teamwork, responsibility, and relationship-building across all levels of the business.
  • Lead and support the risk assessment process, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and controlled across various sites.
  • Oversee and promote SHE learning programs to ensure all employees are trained to work in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Prepare and communicate detailed SHE reports to management, including compliance and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate SHE processes into daily operations.
