**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Analyst to join our team in Wellington. As a key member of our Strategy, Policy and Legislation Directorate, you will be responsible for leading and preparing policy advice on critical health issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public policy, government processes, and structures, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including Ministers and senior executives, to develop sensitive and critical advice.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your professional policy skills through peer reviews of documents and materials prepared by colleagues and opportunities to mentor and support junior analysts.
