About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to oversee our production teams and provide support and direction as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day leadership of production teams on Napier & Christchurch sites
  • Ensure regulatory compliance to our GMP licence
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or Technology
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical compounding experience, 5+ years at a management level
  • Experience in fast-paced and agile environment with regulatory compliance
  • Production leadership experience in cGMP/pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven team management and mentoring experience
