Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Education Advisor to join our Education Advisory service. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the education sector to implement Government priorities and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate Government priorities and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring they are well understood and delivered on
  • Identify, broker, and provide implementation support to schools and other education providers
  • Track and report on implementation progress, utilizing data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with others to solve problems and complete tasks, leveraging the suite of supports and interventions to advance attendance and achievement outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the education sector and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and insights to inform decision-making
