About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Oaks Wellington Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in all duties related to the housekeeping operation. This includes coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the housekeeping team, conducting regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, and managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule housekeeping activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
* Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
* Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
* Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to minimize waste and optimize costs
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements:
* 6 months - 2 years supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
