Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate registered nurse to join our care home team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents, while also promoting a culture of kindness and respect within the home.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including medication management and wound care
* Mentor and supervise junior staff members, supporting their professional development
* Develop and implement care plans that reflect the changing needs of our residents
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
* Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to management
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration
* Experience in a care home setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
