About the Job
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with us in providing exceptional care to our residents at Nelson Fairview Gardens, a state-of-the-art long-term care facility. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of comfort and dignity for our residents.

Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
* Provide personal and nursing care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the multidisciplinary team
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care

Requirements
* Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
* Current CPR certification required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
