Clinical Leaders Wanted for Regional Audiology Partnerships

We are seeking highly qualified audiology professionals from New Zealand who are interested in taking up our audiology joint venture partnerships in either Wagga Wagga and Griffith in New South Wales or Benalla and Wangaratta in Victoria.

As an audiology joint venture partner, you will benefit from:
- No sales targets or product-related KPIs
- A 2.5-week induction program covering clinical standards and business management
- Full administrative and business support from Specsavers
- A guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super
- Annual profit sharing and the future value of your shares in the business
To be eligible, you must hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be able to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
