The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will provide strategic legal advice, represent clients in court, and oversee case progression. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior lawyers, fostering a strong and supportive team environment.
About You
- You should have 8+ years' PQE in civil litigation, with experience in core practice areas such as construction disputes, family and relationship property matters, trust disputes, criminal, property, and other civil litigation areas.
- You must possess strong advocacy and dispute resolution skills, with experience managing cases from start to finish.
- A confident communicator with excellent client relationship management abilities is essential.
- Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and support junior team members is required.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to legal challenges is necessary.
