Job Description
- Plan and deliver a structured activities programme on the unit, including arts and crafts, music, cultural focused activities, sports, and leisure/recreational activities.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and recovery focussed environment for our patients.
- Provide a varied activities programme that caters to the diverse needs and interests of our patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external providers to access additional resources and services.
- Contribute to the overall operation of the unit, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff wellbeing activities.
