Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Community Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing resources, workshops, and activities at our LUCK Venue. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think outside the box and provide a service to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resources and workshops to support individuals and families
  • Develop and implement outreach services to engage with the community
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a community support or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and compassionate with a mature outlook
