Your Opportunities
As an optometrist in our store, you will work with advanced technology, including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a customer's lifestyle enjoyment factor with appropriate eyecare, while delivering tailored customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough eye examinations for diverse customers, including kids, contact lens wearers, and those requiring therapeutic treatments.
- Provide expert recommendations for lens solutions based on customer lifestyles, highlighting the benefits and features of lens technology.
- Mentor Graduate Optometrists in the effective use and recommendation of technology to customers.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to drive Eyecare revenue growth, focusing on technology, labour efficiencies, and Medicare billing.
