We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.This vacancy is for 36 hours - WAKING NIGHTS ONLY (working 3 on and 3 off)Your ValuesThe ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and complex care.If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently.
You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home.
