  • Training Quality and Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with our policies, procedures, and relevant laws. Oversee the scheduling and delivery of trainer development days and ensure regular evaluations for both employee and contractor trainers.

Person Specification:
  • Educational Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Education or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Managerial experience, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in team leadership and staff development.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Other Requirements: Familiarity with industry trends, technical proficiency, and cultural awareness.
