Key Responsibilities:- Foster a Culture of Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of excellence within the team, where quality training is delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Training Quality and Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with our policies, procedures, and relevant laws. Oversee the scheduling and delivery of trainer development days and ensure regular evaluations for both employee and contractor trainers.
- Manage Delivery Costs: Achieve high levels of operational efficiency in training logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation. Identify and implement new cost-effective training initiatives to meet industry demands.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as clients, interest groups, networks, channel partners, and industry bodies, leading to increased collaboration and business opportunities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all areas of the Health and Safety management system are maintained within the scope of the role, workplace accidents are promptly reported and reviewed, and all necessary safety resources are available to workers.
- Educational Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Education or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: Managerial experience, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other Requirements: Familiarity with industry trends, technical proficiency, and cultural awareness.
