Job Summary

This role involves performing complex billing functions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining positive relationships with patients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Billing and Insurance Verification: Accurately verify patient insurance coverage and process payments.
  • Patient Communication: Clearly explain financial responsibilities and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate patient billing account information.

Requirements

  • Clerical Experience: 2+ years in a healthcare setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively interact with patients, administration, and other healthcare professionals.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
