**Your Role**

This pivotal position will see you working across clinical and non-clinical areas, contributing to the smooth running of our organisation. You'll assist with document management, reporting, meeting support, data entry, and administrative tasks. Your technical skills will be valuable in leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with quality and risk processes, including document management and reporting
  • Provide administrative support for health and safety initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as meeting support, data entry, and reporting
  • Assist both clinical and non-clinical teams with a range of administrative needs

**Requirements**

  • Highly tech-savvy individual with advanced experience using modern technological devices, AI tools and platforms, email systems, office software, and emerging technologies
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of tasks
