Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant/Concierge at Strata Lounge, Auckland Airport. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome and farewell for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area to ensure a positive first impression for guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, boarding pass checks, and provide boarding announcements as required
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure clear and professional interactions

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure
  • Physically fit and able to pass police and AVSEC clearance
