Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and create new technologies, patents and publications.
  2. Review and manage grants and team performance.
  3. Establish collaborations, develop scientific proposals and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
  4. Manage a team and provide scientific and career mentorship to researchers and students.

Requirements:

  1. PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology or related field.
  2. 4 years of post-PhD relevant experience.
  3. Strong background in Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics and Genomics.
  4. Strong publication record.
  5. Highly motivated and ability to develop strong research ideas to secure funding.
  6. Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  8. Good spoken and written communication skills.
