Job Summary: As a Team Manager - Built Environment and Energy Transition, you will lead a team of analysts in developing and delivering high-quality analysis and advice on emissions budgets, policies to reduce emissions, national risk assessments, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts with differing levels of experience and seniority to deliver high-quality and influential advice
  • Build a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, challenge, and debate in the team and within the Commission
  • Help shape the strategic view of the work program and bring intellectual leadership, new ideas, and knowledge to the table

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of management issues, including people, resources, systems, and processes. You should also have a relevant tertiary qualification and post-graduate experience, as well as a deep understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Maori.
