About This Role

We're seeking an experienced handy person to join our team at Arvida Group. As a handy person, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our facilities and assisting with daily tasks as required.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily maintenance tasks, including repairs and minor alterations to buildings and equipment.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You'll need to have:

  • Good DIY skills and experience with facility maintenance.
  • An understanding of local and central government compliance schedules (BWOF).
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
