You will apply a strengths-based approach, identify patterns or contributing factors influencing learning, wellbeing and behaviour, and enhance inclusive practices.
- Experience in a complex organisation
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes
- Working effectively with children and young people and their families/whānau across diverse settings
- Proven experience in counselling, negotiation, mediation and contracting
A key aspect of this role is your ability to collaborate with learners, families, whānau and educators to support progress and achievement. You will assess, analyse, hypothesise, plan, implement and monitor intervention plans for students requiring additional support.
