Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Pre Sales Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and defining the Pre Sales function within Tracksuit. You will work closely with our sales organization to develop and implement a strategy that aligns Sales, Customer, and Research teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business outcomes across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, identify feasible solutions, and tailor the Tracksuit platform to meet those needs effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive alignment and collaboration across Sales, Research, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize deal velocity and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement custom solutions for customers using your expertise in brand health research and tracking methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in solution design and implementation of custom solutions for customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex research concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of influencing product strategy, applying product-centric frameworks to sales processes, and driving results at scale.
  • Experience in Saas/Cloud solutions and brand health research and tracking methodologies.
  • A highly strategic, deeply curious, and highly organized leader who can navigate complex challenges with autonomy and drive cross-team success.
