Job Description

This is a hybrid role that requires leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project/program management experience and PMP certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Define project objectives, monitor progress, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and meet quality standards.
  • Implement lessons learned and best practices to improve program management processes.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, including status updates and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and understand dependencies.
  • Create and maintain project schedules.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to gain consensus.
  • Risk and issue management.
