Job Overview: The Memory Care Programming Coordinator will play a key role in designing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents at Benchmark Senior Living. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing community programs to meet resident needs
  • Developing relationships with residents, families, and community organizations
  • Scheduling events, trips, meetings, rooms, and group functions
  • Creating and promoting community events
  • Producing and distributing a monthly community newsletter

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in knowledge of aging and dementia
  • Experience and training in developing calendars of programs for elders and persons with dementia
  • CPR certification (if required)
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work on weekends and holidays
