Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse operational and financial data to provide insights that improve business performance across resort operations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools to track business performance.
  • Work closely with the wider leadership team to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Support the procurement team in evaluating supplier performance, cost efficiencies, and contract compliance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, procurement analysis, financial planning, or supply chain management (with a focus in hospitality, tourism, or resort management preferable but not essential).
  • A relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, YellowFin BI, Tableau, or other reporting software.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
