Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese Chef located at Sydney Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes, managing kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensuring consistent quality in food production.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menus, oversee inventory and stock ordering, and train and supervise kitchen staff.
