Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Identify training needs and support the delivery of training initiatives that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute engagement initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements
