Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to support the growth, profitability, and market positioning of our Broker Distribution business through the development and implementation of key partner and customer strategic engagement programs.
This role requires domestic and/or international travel to support key initiatives, partnerships, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of key partner strategic engagement programs.
- Fostering strong relationships with key partners and customers.
- Coordinating planning and execution of strategic meetings and events.
- Negotiating conference involvement and sponsorship.
- Ensuring representation and participation in professional development programs.
- Managing broker agreements, including commission rates.
- Monitoring and following up on complaints for the Distribution team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require senior-level key account relationship management experience, existing relationships with our key insurance broker partners, and a deep understanding of the insurance market dynamics.
